I am Queen Sierra, a dominatrix based in the Metro Manila area of the Philippines, where I live, where my dungeon sits, and where most submissives who can reach the capital book me before they ever think about a tour date. I also travel as a femdom mistress across the Philippines and Asia when demand, dates, and logistics align, which means you may meet me in your city even if Manila was never practical for you.
Touring solves a real problem for both of us. A submissive in Cebu, Davao, or another region may struggle to reach the capital easily but can often plan around a confirmed window when I am already there. A submissive abroad may arrange travel around an Asian leg rather than a single hour in Manila. As a dominatrix in the Philippines who actually moves rather than posting a static address and leaving it at that, I would rather meet people where they can realistically reach me.
Tour sessions fill quickly when the dates are live, so if you want to meet your mistress while she is nearby you need to write early with your city, your availability inside the published window, and a clear account of what you are asking for. A message sent the day before I fly is not an enquiry I can take seriously.
Manila
I live and work in the Metro Manila area, and for most submissives who can reach the capital this is the ordinary place to book me rather than a tour stop I pass through on the way somewhere else.
Incall and outcall in Metro Manila and wider Luzon are available by arrangement after screening, and if you are based in the capital region it is usually simpler to enquire here directly than to wait for a tour announcement in another city.
When no tour card is active above, assume I am taking bookings in and from Metro Manila under my ordinary availability unless I have said otherwise. Tour announcements refer to visiting or outcall windows in other cities, not to whether I am working at home.

I have toured across the Philippines and wider Asia for years as part of how I run a professional dominatrix practice rather than as a one-off experiment, and different cities have brought different submissives, different energies, and some of the longest-standing online and in-person relationships I still maintain.
Past legs are not always listed here once the dates have passed, but touring is established in how I work through confirmed windows, clear tribute, screening before arrival, and the same standards I hold in Manila applied wherever I land.
Ask Me to Visit Your City
I plan tours partly around where demand is real, and if enough serious submissives in one city ask it moves up the list within the Philippines and across Asia where travel is practical on my side.
Tell me where you are, what timezone you live in, and whether you want an in-person session, an online arrangement until I arrive, or notification only. Vague "please come to my country" messages without detail are not helpful to either of us.
